The Madinah Tech Cultivator Model
How It Works
Madinah Tech offers founders a direct go-to-market pathway with Madinah Municipality — equity-free, fee-free, and without a fixed timeline or one-off Demo Day. The program is designed as an evergreen journey, recognizing that each participant follows a unique path based on their stage and readiness.
The cultivator follows a four-step structure that enables founders to grow, test, and evolve at their own pace. Progression is based on readiness and outcomes rather than speed; founders advance by completing a full cycle and qualifying for the next stage or remain at their current step until they are prepared to move forward.
Each stage is supported by a dedicated Curator, who facilitates mastermind sessions, connects founders with relevant mentors, and ensures focused, intentional progression throughout the journey.
